FARM
FRESH ORGANICS - ORGANIC CHICKENS
We are now
looking after our first batch of Organic meat chickens. Within
the next three months we will be able to offer you Organic table birds.
SCHOOL
VISITS
Following
a previous Newsletter I am pleased to report that I have made three
school visits with baby chicks, have had one school visiting the farm
and another booking for later in the month. The 5 year olds thoroughly
enjoyed their morning here and thank you to one of our customers for
putting the school in touch with me. It was lovely to meet you.
EGG PRICES
Unfortunately
due to horrendous increases in the cost of feed (approximately 60% in
one year), we have had to increase the price of our eggs. We are
unable to absorb the cost any longer.
